Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Analisa Keuntungan usaha produksi pagar minimalis pada Mizan Modifikasi di Aceh Tengah. Lokasi penelitian ini pada Mizan Modifikasi Kabupaten Aceh Tengah Objek penelitian adalah Keutnungan. Informan adalah pemilik usaha. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan mengunakan wawancara. Metode Analisa Data metode menggunakan ? = TR –TC. Hasil Analisa data diperoleh bahwa Jumlah investasi awal adalah sebesar Rp. 20.950.000,- sedangkan jumlah aset yang mengalami penyusutan adalah sebesar Rp. 9.950.000,- dengan menggunakan jam kerja mesin sehingga biaya penyusutan pada tahun pertama adalah sebesar Rp. 595.000. Pendapatan bersih adalah sebesar Rp. 292.300.000. Jumlah biayaTotal sebesar Rp 194.426.000. Jumlah Keuntungan bersih sebesar adalah sebesar Rp 97.871.000,- Jumlah rata-rata keuntungan perbulan adalah sebesar Rp Rp . 8.155.916.
