Analisa Efektifitas Dan Efisiensi Sistim Produksi Tahu Okta Di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui analisa efektif dan efisien sistim produksi tahu okta di Kabupaten Aceh Tengah. Ruang lingkup penelitian menganalisis tingkat efektivitas dan efesien produksi usaha tahu Okta di Gelelungi. Teknik analisa data menggunakan tingkat Efektivitas dan efesien usaha tahu Okta di Gelelungi. Hasil Analisa data diperoleh kebutuhan bahan baku berupa kacang kedelai 700 s/d 800kg/ hari tidak termasuk tempe, sedangkan biaya tenaga kerja Rp 6000/papan. Bahwa biaya produksi selama 5 bulan di perolah sebesar Rp 1.597.085.000, dan produksi tahu selama 5 bulan sebanyak 22.320 papan dan harga jual/papan sebesar Rp 120.000/papan. Tingkat efektivif produksi pada usaha tahu Okta pada Tahun 2024 mulai Bulan Februari s/d Juni sangat efektif. Tingkat efektif produksi pada usaha tahu Okta pada Tahun 2024 mulai Bulan Februari s/d Juni sangat efektif. Tingkat efektifitas pada usaha tahu Okta pada Tahun 2024 paling effektif adalah pada bulan januari yaitu 111,43 dengan kategori sangat efektif. Tingkatan efektifnya relialisasi tahu adalah pada saat produksi tahu mencapai 4.600 papan dengan reliasasi penjualan sebesar Rp 576.000.000 dengan tingkat efisiensi paling tinggi yaitu 168,34%.
