This study aims to describe the implementation of anti-corruption values, supporting and inhibiting factors, and efforts to strengthen the anti-corruption culture at the Bondowoso Central Statistics Agency. This study used a qualitative approach with an open-ended questionnaire administered to structural officials and implementing staff. The results show that anti-corruption values have been effectively implemented in the work culture of civil servants, such as honesty, responsibility, transparency, professionalism, discipline, and rejection of illegal fees and bribes. These values are not only understood normatively but also manifested in accountable and procedure-compliant daily work practices. The implementation of an anti-corruption culture is supported by employee commitment, leadership role models, ongoing socialization, and a complaint system through the System No Gratification (SiNogra) application and other complaint media. However, there are still obstacles, such as low awareness among some employees of the importance of integrity, potential conflicts of personal interest, and weak supervision. To strengthen the anti-corruption culture, Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Bondowoso Regency implements strategies such as the use of information technology, anti-corruption education and socialization, appreciation for employees with integrity, active employee involvement, and increased transparency and accountability in work. Keywords: Sub-district Head;Capacity Development; Coaching
